GAME 2 - Night 3
[ OOCly, the rules are pretty much clear! Sheep can win by voting out ALL the wolves. Wolves win when there are less than three sheep teams left. That is what it says on the rules feature of the cellphone, too. But it seems that the text earlier in the day stated otherwise...
It's about time for the suspicion poll to close. And to start off the new poll, everybody receives 1 new message. ]

It's eerily unsettling how this text isn't as coherent and how the words aren't properly formed, huh? There doesn't seem to be anything new, either. There is no fresh food served - you'll have to make do with the breakfast food... which Dandy has conveniently thrown on the floor.
Hey! There's that vending machine. Raid that shit (aka punch it, break it, etc.). There's soda, potato chips, cookies, and other unhealthy snacks. It should at least tide everyone for the evening. ]

Alright! If anyone wants to cross-examine me, come on and get it over with! I've got nothing to hide!
...But just in case you think I'm guilty anyways, I have the right to a last meal!
[So he'll be found sitting on the floor by the ruined breakfast food, back to eating it alongside the horse.]

Detective? If you aren't too tired, could we talk for a bit? I have a few questions to ask.
no subject
Regardless, Gumshoe nods.]
Sure thing, pal. I'll take any questions! [He offers some floor bacon to him.]

[ Read: NOT A CHANCE IN HELL.
Anyway, Kongwai takes a seat somewhere nearby that one, isn't greasy with food and two, is a safe distance away from the horse's mouth.
Not this time, newfound nemesis.]Out of curiosity, I wanted to ask how you yourself decided on your team's vote.

The first step was using that clue we got earlier! Cuz on the earlier days, the clue showed us three teams, only one of which is supposedly a wolf. Between those clues and the people who, um, who disappeared because of the wolves, that left only four teams left. And then today's clue proved one of those teams are innocent... so that brought us down to three again.
There's me plus Detective Fulbright, Inspector Cabanela's team and that Space Dandy guy's team. All of us are suspects! So from there... Detective Fulbright thought that some of the votes made by the inspector's team were really fishy! Plus, for an inspector, he spent more time trying to hatch escape plans instead of figuring out who the wolves were. It was Detective Fulbright who tried doing most of the legwork there! He practically lives for rooting out these wolves, pal!!
no subject
So you're saying that finding a way out isn't as important as figuring out who the wolves are?
no subject
But, see, the thing is that most of us realized a way out without playing this game was hopeless early on, and even then he kept trying things! ...Not that I don't admire that resolve! It's possible he was really dedicated to getting out! But if he was a wolf, it's also possible that he was doing that to look useful without having to help with rooting out the wolves! [He's not sure if he's channeling Fulbright's argument perfectly, but it seems like it makes enough sense to him.]

Personally, the only reason why I'm playing this game to begin with is for that very reason. If we clear this game, then all of us can go home. That's my incentive. Of course, if there's the smallest possibility that we can leave without having to deal with these inane votes, even if it's 0.01%, I'm willing to take that chance.
You guys are going head against head to each other, but there's always the third option. We might all be wrong during this ousting. Both teams might be sheep. But we just won't know.
no subject
Yeah... That's a possibility, too. [He scratches his head nervously.] Detective Fulbright and me, we risked everything on this lead. Maybe we are wrong, but there's no way of turning back now. It's us or them, unless someone really can find an escape route.
no subject
I guess we'll find out eventually, won't we?
no subject
I see. Thank you for the detailed response, Detective. I think I have a better idea of your group's dynamics now.
[ In other words, Fulbright wears the pants in the relationship. ]
All right, I just have two questions left. Can I ask why you think Mister Pinkman in particular is acting suspicious? And why Mister Dandy and Miss Diana are innocent in comparison? And that should be it from me.
1/2
I don't know much about Diana, but Dandy is...
[An idiot.]
...ah, his priorities lie elsewhere. I personally doubt he is a wolf, his voting strategy would be less focused on actual gameplay and more focused on keeping all the young women around-
2/2
...
Have...have any young women been voted out, excluding the pair that was picked randomly as a result of the tie on the first day?
no subject
Miss Linetti? If we factor in the wolves' choices, Integra Hellsing, perhaps? I do believe Integra Hellsing is female, but I can't say for sure as I have no way to confirm it. If I'm wrong, I apologize.
[ After all, if someone did the same to him, he'd be livid until appeased, so it's only fair to say so just in case. But he does have enough confidence in his answer to say it out loud, at the very least. ]
2/2 I FORGOT THE 1/2
[ The problem is how to broach this with Mr. Tableflipper. ]
IT'S COOL WE GOT THIS
[Nothing against her, he thought she was impressive, but yeah she's nothing at all like many of the women here.]
Looking at all of the votes and wolf choices, it's all been men, excluding Miss Linetti and the pair from the first day, who were chosen at random because of a tie. In fact, didn't Dandy vote for Mr. Lockhart and Mr. Springfield anyway?
[...and of course it's all too late, they're already at the final vote, and Dandy's team isn't up for vote.]
no subject
If we assume the wolves are playing by the rules of the game and not in-fighting...the RNG nature of that vote means that a Dandy-Diana-Hans-Linetti wolf-aligned team would have likely been fine with any choice being ousted.
[ Which means the third team would be Asuna Yuuki and Aoi Kurashiki. But is that really the answer here? ]
no subject
You're welcome, pal. [Really, it's a rare feat for Gumshoe to talk for that long without having some kind of glaring contradiction.]
With Mr. Pinkman... Well back on the first day, when Detective Fulbright collected information on suspicion votes, Mr. Pinkman said that they voted for Mr. Lockhart's team to tie the votes! But then during the ousting, they voted for Miss 087 instead! They never explained that vote - when Detective Fulbright brought up that vote, all Mr. Pinkman did was get angry about it!
As for that Space Dandy guy... um... I can't really remember if there was a specific reason not to suspect him! Except that nothing he or that Diana woman have done has stuck out as being suspicious.
