NIGHT 3 - Ousting
[ Yet again, the names change... ]
Again. Almost there. Blue badger... might lose. . . Not good.
[ IMPORTANT: Team Jacques Portamsn and Team The Phantom CANNOT vote on this poll.
IMPORTANT #2: The Proto Badger sees each TEAM (whether you are alone or with a partner) as ONE ENTITY. If he says "The Phantom", be means BOTH Godot and Blackquill. He does not see them as different people.
00 EST March 9: Ousting poll draws to a close. One team gets killed off, and the allies of the bad badger (AKA WOLVES) take a blue badger team (AKA SHEEP) out of the game. And a new day begins. OUSTING VOTES ARE PUBLICISED. You will be able to tell who voted for which.
00:01 EST March 10: Day 4 begins, and there will be another suspicion poll. Only six teams will remain.]

After The Talk
Well... I have some more news from our host. First, regarding the overturning; apparently, it was done by using a coin that he presented to only one of us, because this proto badger considered this to be 'fun'. However, he also attested that this was a one-time only measure. So, if we take him at his word, we won't have to worry about another overturning in tonight's vote.
And, I think that many of us have been able to guess at least part of this by now, but it seems clearer and clearer that our host is connected to a mental institution. He keeps talking about 'white walls', there's a 'pink girl' who bears 'a cross and a hat' who brings him injections, he left because he had to take an exam... and then there was that odd patient information card that was found in the Gavin room. The odd thing is that it sounds like he is a patient and still going through the routine of one... So how could he have the means to have done all the impossible things that he's accomplished so far?
[He hesitates, but then he goes on.]
Finally... I should disclose what the proto badger said regarding the game itself. He told me about prizes that could be won. He said that... the losing side would get "Nothing, maybe death," and that he was undecided on that. As for the winners... he would not elaborate beyond saying that the prize would be 'life. I don't know how to take that... [He's afraid of false hope.] ...but I feel that all of you have a right to know.

[ That seems incredibly innocuous. Far too simple to have done what had happened. ]

[ god... ]
...I really hope he doesn't get bored again..
[ maybe she should do like, magic shows at the end of every night for the mirrors. their host needs to not get creative. ]

[More likely it would irritate him into kicking us all out of here...]

Maybe my playing will be what finally convinces that guy that I'm Phoenix Wright.

This is all starting to sound more like an actual nightmare, isn't it?
"Life"...

It certainly is. But no matter what this is... It's our reality now. We can hope that it's something we can wake up from in some way, but we can't gamble on that possibility. Not when people's lives are on the line.
Right... 'life'. That's one factor I don't want to get too hopeful about.

But if it were Uncle Ray in your shoes, and somebody told me that there's a chance to bring Mr. Edgeworth back to the living world... I would hold on to that hope. Heh, I guess I am a fool like that.
--Still, all of this hinges on everyone voting correctly. The stakes are still high, but there may be a light at the end of this tunnel.
[ Though, the votes don't look very promising at this point. Only two votes while the rest are undecided? Not to mention he's a bit heartbroken that Pearl suspects him, but he won't highlight it. All he can do now is put his faith in the truth. ]

[How many times has he almost lost Maya over the years? Some times he was told that she was a goner. And before now, no time had been worse than that time in Labyrinthia.
But all of those times... miracles happened. And he was able to see his dearest friend one more.
...Those times seemed far away now.]
We have to focus on the tunnel first. Then we'll concern ourselves with whatever waits at the end of it.
