GAME 2 - DAY 4

[ Considering how there was very little food over the night, one might feel more tired than usual. The night is quiet much like how the day was, and everyone sleeps rather peacefully. The ousted team just disappears without anybody knowing what happened or where they went. Bam. Magic. Their mirrors have also cracked, and so have Grace and Tony's.

Come sunrise - nobody knows when sunrise is, though - there's a clicking sound coming from backstage. Nobody might have been around when it happened, but the other dressing room is now unlocked, and the door is open. "Roxanne" is still blasting through the speaker found in one of the corners of the room, too.

The dressing room is rather messy. Leather jackets on one side of the room, guitars on both corners, and some police uniforms near the speakers. There's a table with udon! It looks delicious, but… wait. It's made of plastic! HOW DARE! On the table are a pair of gloves, sunglasses, some coffee cups with coffee in them, and some postcards of a lady in a blue cloak and some words written in Wingdings-like characters.

There's make-up by the drawers, and some other rockstar paraphernalia in various areas of the room. There doesn' seem to be anything helpful, though.

… or is there?

If one decides to check the dresser, they might find that there's a badger standing behind them. Kind of like what happened on the first day. If one looks back, they won't see the badger, but the badger will be there… in the mirror. Feel free to talk to the creepy thing. It's about time to meet the game's actual host.

No… he talks to the person he sees through the glass, first. It's a rather itchy and hoarse voice, if one can figure it out when there's nothing auditory, anyway. ]

Game will end soon if wolf not oust.

[ Much like how he texts… his sentences are broken.

And once again, the poll has been updated. Check your cellphones! ]

[WELL THEN. That confirms what they had all been thinking so far: they successfully voted out one wolf team, but the other two are still out there.

And Luca thinks he figured everything out, only it was all too late to actually do something about it. And (relatively) innocent people died because of it. Even if their disappearance was far less horrifying, it doesn't make it any less real.

Don't mind Luca, he's just going to go find a quiet corner to sit in for a bit. This one hit him pretty hard and he needs some time to himself.

He will be better by the next morning, though. He is looking for food, since he hasn't eaten since yesterday morning. Help him look for something to eat?
]

-----

[FOR BADGER:

Luca nearly jumps out of his skin when he sees he badger there, and after checking to see if anything is behind him, he turns back to yell at the badger.
]

Will you quit doing that?!

[ Well, at least they didn't suddenly turn into glass, unlike the last time... but anyway, it's about high time to investigate! Or attempt to, anyway because god if there aren't bags under her eyes...

Asuna seems to look curiously at the postcards with Wingding letters (because seriously what the heck???) before a shiver goes down her spine, sensing something's off. Because that's seriously creepy as all heck before jerking behind her, towards the dresser mirror before saying in a completely serious tone, making a stance - though with no sword, it might be strange; ]

Who's there-?

[ Feel free to notice her investigating the area beforehand, though.. ]

[Come the morning, L'Arachel's horse spends quite some time meandering about the stage. It's up and ready early, waiting patiently while its owner wakes up and showers—but once everybody has arrived, it starts to pace. There's still some of that gross table-flipped food on the floor, but the horse doesn't so much as glance at it. It wanders up and down the stage, and, whenever L'Arachel is too distracted to rein her mount back to her, it wanders away again, snuffling and whinnying softly. It makes a point to sniff at everyone at least once, even if it has to go out of its way to come to them, but quickly leaves them alone and finds somewhere else to investigate.

Not that the horse has been doing particularly well at all lately, given the enclosed space and lack of proper food, but today it seems particularly distressed. It can't stay still, it keeps wandering off, it's noisier than ever, and L'Arachel's attempts to soothe it barely work, and never for long. But its other favorite human here always comes to feed it in the mornings...

Or you can ignore the horse's plight and go bother L'Arachel, standing in front of the vending machine with a scowl on her face and her hands on her hips.
]

Something must be done about this... [Such wanton acts of destruction are well below her status, but L'Arachel is getting pretty damn close to just busting the stupid thing open.]

[They made it through the ousting. Somehow, there was a unanimous vote to take out the detective duo instead. Cabanela's not about to complain, but he certainly won't be celebrating either. Nobody turned to glass this time, at least, but it's hard to say just why that is. Is it because they stopped their little nightwatch or because sheep were ousted? What's the pattern?

The game just goes on and on and on and on.

He got roughly three hours of sleep last night, which is some improvement on his condition, but not much. He hasn't had a shave in a few days and it's starting to show, now. That, and his white coat is starting to look just a little less pristine. He'd raid the vending machine, but he's not sure he'd be able to stomach any of those things. Why did Dandy have to flip the salad table? Why?!

If anyone needs him, he'll be around.]

[Badger]

[The dressing room warrants investigation, of course! The postcard raises a few additional questions, because what sort of language is that, even? Then he finally reaches the mirror and oh god- Hi. That's disturbing. Thanks for that confirmation, Proto. As if Cabanela needed even more reasons to feel bad about yesterday.]

What... What happens if the wolves win?

[ he doesn't really look distressed when he sees proto hanging around. if he did then that would mean he cares about all of this, which, duh, he doesn't. of course not... that's totally why he's getting all serious about this. totally. ]

It's time for you and I to have a little fireside chat, baby. [ he's still trying to figure out what to ask, ok... ]

I suppose now's as good a time as any to bring this up...

[ Some time after vending machine shenanigans and actual food, Kongwai decides that maybe it's time to get a little more serious. Just a little. He's no L'Arachel so he won't be using a microphone, but nevertheless, he tries his best to get everyone's attention. ]

Ahem. Does everyone remember those strange keys we found during our second day in this place? The one with the heart-shaped charm? I haven't seen anything it could unlock, but maybe someone has.

[ Something about his smile right now seems...more feline than usual. Perhaps an optical illusion? ]

Anyway, I just wanted to ask if anyone has any info to offer up about those keys. Personally...I'd love to know what Mister Lockhart has to say about it.

Attention! Attention, everyone! If we could all, perhaps, convene at the stage here...

[Hopefully that voice will be booming through much of the building around the same time a clue would usually be given, because L'Arachel is back at the goddamn microphone and she is no less loud for it. This time, at least, she's pretty short on dramatics, just not volume.]

We have received the last of the clues our captor is willing to provide us, but I believe there is one last hole in our investigations: namely, the suspicion poll votes which seem to have been in some focus yesterday. Most of the teams have admitted to their votes, but a few testimonies are missing. Receiving them and having a full array of answers may be the key to finishing this game.

For our second suspicion poll, answers were never received from the teams of Nagi and Gilderoy, Diana and Dandy, or Jesse and Cabanela. It would be very useful to hear from you all!

Additionally, Fulbright and Gumshoe were the only ones to admit to their vote on our third suspicion poll—I will amend now that my partner and I did not have the opportunity to cast a vote. [don't wait until the very last minute to vote kids horses, amirite] Again, we would like to hear from the rest of you!

[Aaaand later on after all or at least most of the following nonsense, she's going to finally go pester that creepy mirror badger. She knows exactly where this is going as soon as she approaches the mirror, but she still jumps at its appearance.]

...What are you? [BESIDES, LIKE, A TOTAL ASSHOLE]
